This can be a very confusing and
awkward time for teens. Just trying to understand the
emotional changes you're going through can be overwhelming.
Pile on top of that, all the physical changes you are going
through along with all the changes you see teens around you
going through and you can often end up with nothing but a
bunch of question marks bouncing around in your head.
