Financial Contributions

 

Stop Think & Decide is privately owned and operated with a staff of volunteers.  Stop Think & Decide receives NO federal, state or local funding.  Our funding comes entirely out of our own pockets and other ventures with the exception of the gracious donations we receive.

 

In today's world with the increase in the number of reported STD's among teens and the elevation in teen pregnancy, you can clearly see that quality information is vital and that teens need to have websites they can trust for answers that are not manipulated by some governmental red-tape that many of our existing abstinence only programs are providing.

 

Having been a teen ourselves once, we realize that someway somehow teens are going to get the answers they seek, whether it comes from a poor resource or not.  Through your donations we can expand our resources and advertising to reach teens on a much broader spectrum.

Although we would love to be able to file for non profit status, we cannot give in to the guidelines that would restrict us from being absolutely honest with our visitors.  That's why we count on donations from you!

For companies or individuals who donate and have a business or a website online which contains acceptable material for linking to on a teen driven site, we will gladly add a web link to your listing. We do not list any names without express permission.  If sex education like this is important to you, please consider telling your friends, family and co-workers or community group to consider a donation to Stop Think & Decide.  If you would like to help distribute information such as fliers and graphics, check out our grassroots information page.
